Industrial Hemp - Applying for a licence
It may come as no surprise to you that our current government makes no distinction between cannabis hemp that contains virtually none of the psychoactive ingrediant THC and can be used for the many industrial uses listed HERE and the cannabis hemp that does contain THC and is used as a medicine and a recreational substance.
Hemp, irrelevent of its chemical makeup and how it will be used is a controlled substance and comes under the misuse of drugs act 1971.
An ignorant and lazy piece of legislation...
